Objectif3V is a consulting company whose mission is to support VSEs and SMEs on 3 vital and complementary themes for their development: Corporate Vision (and its associated strategy), Sales (processes, tools, pitches and business development players) and Values (organization, HR tools and tailor-made coaching). Drawing on nearly 20 years of experience and a precise understanding of their issues, Objectif3V supports small and medium-sized businesses in all sectors of activity with the ambition and desire to develop. Its preferred tools are Consulting, Training and Coaching.

OUR SERVICES
Each intervention is preceded by a free diagnosis (or preliminary session). The latter, based on a proven analysis grid, allows you to have a look at the past and present of your organization at a macro and micro level as well as an understanding of the correlation between individuals, tools and services/products of your company. At the end, one or two short services of 4 to 6 days and results-oriented on the themes identified and selected by the Management, are implemented. They are billed as a flat rate and can be partially or fully financed according to the company's OPCO.
